Sorry. I dont know the answer to your question but doesnt the 360 upscale dvds to 1080p? If it does upscale dvds to 1080p does it look the same as a native 1080p hd-dvd? I only have a 1080i tv but I'm interested to see if either of these next gen movie formats are really worth it.
How do you know if you are getting a 1080p signal while watching movies on HD-DVD? Can you just tell by the picture or does it say it in the left corner of the screen or what? And what tv do you have?

I agree completely. Sony just continues to F*ck up. I will be buying my ps3 later as well when there are some good games for it that I cant get on 360 which probably wont be till 07 or 08. That and the fact that I hate japanese rpgs.
